The App is provided by [BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.1. What the App doesTiler Assistant UK helps tilers with tile and material calculations, quoting, job management and invoicing. It is a tool to support your work. It does not replace your own professional judgement.2. Who can use the AppYou must be 16 or over to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.3. Your accountYou are responsible for keeping your device and any sign-in details secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.4. Calculations, quotes and invoices
All calculations (tile quantities, adhesive, grout, coverage, wastage and similar) are estimates based on the information you enter.
You are responsible for checking measurements, quantities, prices and figures before ordering materials, quoting a customer or starting a job.
Quotes and invoices you create are your own documents. You are responsible for their content, accuracy, pricing and any tax (including VAT) shown on them.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered into the App, or by relying on an estimate without checking it.
5. Free and Pro versions
The App has a free version and a paid Pro subscription.
Pro is billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies.
We may change which features are in the free and Pro versions. If we raise the subscription price, the store will tell you before it applies to you.
6. YouTube featuresSome features of the App use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove the App's access to your YouTube account at any time through your Google account security settings.7. Acceptable useYou agree not to:use the App for anything unlawful or fraudulent
try to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its systems
use the App to send spam or harmful content
use someone else's account without permissionWe may suspend or close access if these terms are broken.8. Your dataHow we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You own the job, customer and quote information you put into the App.9. Ownership of the AppThe App, its design, name, logo and content belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App. They don't give you ownership of it.10. Availability and changesWe work to keep the App running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop parts of the App from time to time.11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit, loss of business, or costs from wasted materials or delays.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know in the App or on our website. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.13. LawThese terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
